Each week, you will receive a full workout plan with instructional videos. 


Workouts will be sent to you to follow through your custom app. You will also receive a printable PDF of your weekly workout calenedar.


Progress is tracked by your trainer, and you will receive your own personal progress page.

12 Weeks of Personal Training

  • You will receive 12 weeks of customized plans.

    All workouts need to be tracked in order to receive proper progression notes.

  • If you are not satisified with your training, you have 7 days to request a refund. Upon request, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
