Workouts will be sent to you to follow through your custom app. You will also receive a printable PDF of your weekly workout calenedar.
Progress is tracked by your trainer, and you will receive your own personal progress page.
12 Weeks of Personal Training
You will receive 12 weeks of customized plans.
All workouts need to be tracked in order to receive proper progression notes.
If you are not satisified with your training, you have 7 days to request a refund. Upon request, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
